About the role
This prestigious, top-tier US firm is looking to recruit funds lawyers into their offices in New York (possibility to be based in other US offices too). You will need to have at least 1 year post qualified experience in a well-regarded funds team in Australia or New Zealand.
The work is focused on secondaries funds and this firm is widely considered to be the global leader in this space. They boast leading private equity secondaries investment firms from all over the world amongst their clients.
Importantly, no experience of advising secondaries funds is required, although strong private funds experience is essential.
