Always learning
Our training philosophy is based on a combination of off-desk and on-the-job training.
We believe it is important to talk through situations and ideas away from the desk sometimes. Going over the basics in a classroom setting (for those who want it) can also be extremely helpful. We have all the carefully constructed training docs and tools needed to do this.
More importantly, however, is the on-the-job training you will receive at Ellaby Chamberlain. This stems from the culture which fosters constant communication. Our people are happy to help their colleagues.
Learning is not all one way at Ellaby Chamberlain too. Our experienced team members have enough humility to listen to the ideas of their more inexperienced colleagues. A fresh perspective is always welcome.
