The way the Rooney Rule impacts our work is that, for every role, we try to present a shortlist of candidates which consists of at least 20% of lawyers from underrepresented groups.

For now, as we are at the start of our journey, all we can say is that the most successful team Andrew Ellaby (who founded the company) ever managed was also the most diverse. A group of people from different backgrounds, with different beliefs, brought the very best out of each other.
