In-House Legal Recruitment Consultant – 2+ years' experience



We are currently focused exclusively on private practice legal recruitment at Ellaby Chamberlain. We would, however, like to expand the business into in-house legal recruitment and add several pages to this website in the process.

We must be completely transparent that this would be a cold desk. You would need to be confident of your ability to win business. For that reason, a specialist in C&I and asset management/funds in-house legal recruitment is probably the best fit. Someone with contacts in PE and asset management would fit very well with our private practice offering too.

That being said, we are open to speaking with an experienced consultant who believes they could crack open PSL relationships in the financial services sector. A tough ask, we know!

This person will probably be an ambitious mid-level consultant who wants to grow a team and find a long-term home, or a very experienced consultant looking for a nicer place to work.
