This top-tier international firm is looking to recruit a public M&A specialist lawyer into their award-winning team. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years’ post qualified experience.

This is an opportunity to join a large, market-leading Corporate M&A team who boast numerous household name multinationals amongst their clients. You will join as a public M&A specialist, but you can choose your split of work to an extent, for example, 70% public M&A / 30% private M&A or 100% public M&A.

Knowledge of the UK Takeover Code (or a similar common law jurisdiction Takeover Code) is essential.
