About the role
This UK-headquartered firm with a stellar reputation for their leveraged finance work (in London and globally) is looking to recruit a leveraged finance lawyer with at least 3 years’ post qualified experience.
The team is predominantly known for advising major lender-side clients on complex, big-ticket work (although they do advise notable sponsor-side clients too). This is not a team who churn out repetitive transactions – you will advise on large, bespoke deals alongside genuine leaders in the field. It will be extremely interesting work.
Whilst the lawyers at this firm work hard, it is a large team where you will be well supported, for example, there will be enough associates around you to take care of your work whilst you’re on holiday.
