An ambitious junior-level tax lawyer wanting to practice at a leading Cravath-paying US firm is sought for this rare and exciting role.

The work, as you would expect at a leading US firm, is complex and high quality. The firm's client base consists of leading PE firms, financial institutions, and corporates.

This three partner team manages the relationship with several key firm clients, so you will advise on bespoke, standalone tax work. You will, of course, also work closely with the firm's market-leading corporate and finance teams on global transactions.
