A top-tier US firm is looking for a 1-2pqe funds lawyer to join them on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract starting in Summer 2021. This role is to cover one of their lawyers who is going on parental leave.
This firm offer a stellar NY salary rate. The work is broad-ranging and includes private equity funds, credit funds, real estate funds, and funds of funds. You will join as a key member of the team, instantly playing a key role on top-of-the-market fund formation and regulatory work.
