About the role
This major US firm are looking to recruit a private funds lawyer, with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience, to advise on an extremely broad range of private investment funds work.
Central to the role will be a focus on advising bulge bracket private equity clients on the formation and management of their funds. The team also advises on a much broader range of work too, including credit funds, VC funds, and real estate funds.
The team is friendly and looking to grow. They are quite lean, so you should be comfortable taking on high levels of responsibility.
For a lawyer with broad-ranging private funds experience, looking to join one of the most prestigious US firms in the world (with a particularly strong reputation for funds in London and globally), this is an ideal opportunity.
